I am delighted to have got the Rediscovery Centre academy to come to Clare to offer free workshop to community groups, mens and womens sheds and all interested in upskilling, upcycling and even starting social enterprises around reducing products going to land fill and instead learning how to fix furniture, bikes, recycle paint, fix and make new clothes out of old clothes and potentially make money for your group and create jobs.

At Glór in Ennis on April 6th from 1 – 5pm

Discussing opportunities for community projects in the circular economy, successful funding models and other support services available. A great opportunity to network with like-minded people and organisations in Clare. There will also be the opportunity for a 30 minute one-to-one mentoring session for anyone with a specific circular economy project in mind (e.g. waste prevention, reuse, repair, lending, environmental innovation etc).
