New law to give Clare County Council powers to tackle fly tipping.
I’ve been raising this issue since my first week in both the Council and the Seanad. Its great to see Green Party Ireland Minister Ossian Smyth TD taking action on it and bringing forward a bill that will support local authorities to use CCTV and other technologies to tackle illegal dumping and littering.
