Creative Ireland Clare Project Award

As part of Clare’s 2023 Creative Ireland programme, Clare County Council invite applications for projects that will develop bodies of creative work in the community with a public interface or engagement.

Finished projects can be in any format e.g. visual art, film, music, theatre, dance, spoken word etc. Projects can either be new initiatives or existing projects. If a project is already underway, the application must demonstrate how the Award will increase the impact, scale or scope on the community or target audience.

We invite individuals and groups to make applications to creatively explore the following themes:

  • Well-being of communities (geographical or communities of interest)
  • Heritage (which may include historical exploration, sense of place and traditions)
  • STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics)
  • Climate change and biodiversity
  • Irish language

Awards of €500 – €2,000 will be granted.
